Electric tender lift · Nimbulus engineering

Axis.Made in Brazil.

24V submersible platform, no hydraulic fluid, with proprietary firmware — for shipyards, fleets and integrators.

01 · The trade-off

Hydraulic systems are robust. They're also complex.

Oil leaks. Annual maintenance of valves and cylinders. Control through mechanical flow dividers. For shipyards delivering premium boats year after year, every one of those becomes a service-call backlog.

02 · The electric alternative

The Axis is an electric tender lift.

  • Two 24V DC motors, independent speed per motor
  • Synchronization via Hall sensor and dedicated firmware
  • Horizontal platform throughout the entire stroke, fully submerged
  • Predictable maintenance — familiar to any onboard electrical system
  • Updatable firmware

Zero oil. No surprises.

03 · Linear actuation

Electric screw actuator — no fluid, no cylinders.

Each 24V DC motor drives an electromechanical screw that extends like a piston: direct motion, no oil on board. Arm and cabling in 316L stainless — sized for salt spray, vibration and continuous duty. The deck is up to the shipyard.

Axis Electric

The new marine luxury is silent.

Electromechanical engineering that strips the boat of everything heavy, noisy or leak-prone — without compromising capacity, precision or marine durability.

01

Silence.

No hydraulic pump running. Operation is electric, direct DC motor, minimal structural noise on board.

02

A lighter boat.

No oil reservoir, no hydraulic power unit, no high-pressure hoses. Weight removed from the hull.

03

Zero marine impact.

No hydraulic fluid on board means zero risk of oil leaking into the engine room — or into the sea.

04

Reduced maintenance.

No annual fluid change, no valve and cylinder service. A 24V system any marine technician can operate.

05

Efficient consumption.

DC motor runs only during the cycle. No hydraulic motor sitting in pressurized standby drawing power.

04 · Specifications

Engineering focused on control.

Every Axis decision serves a single goal: the platform rises aligned, on its own, with no stress on the deck. Everything else follows from that.
